All members of Kohola team are committed to their work and we all wish to offer our guests a dream vacation where they will catch their first waves or improve their surfing skills on a fast and secure way and fall in love with this sport and the whole lifestyle that accompanies it. Beside surfing, there is always a possibility for relaxation in the surf house or to socialise with the rest of the surfers, as well as to get to know better the most interesting places in the area. Our desire is to perform all of this on a way to make our guests feel as if they never they want to leave back home.

Camp manager – We are looking for a responsible person who already has experience of working in the tourism. Camp manager should be a person who likes to work with people and who is committed, well organised, hard-working, patient and always full of positive energy which motivates others. If you become a surf camp manager, you will take care on your destination that all activities related to the maintenance of the surf camp are done on time and effectively, you will manage the rest of Kohola team and take care that everything in the surf house runs smoothly and that all the guests are happy and satisfied. During the 2016 season we need camp manager for a total of 5-6 months in the spring and autumn season (March to May, and October to December), with the possibility to be hired throughout the whole year during the next season.

After the initial trial period, if you satisfy all the requirements, position in the surf camp is paid with included complete travel costs and with everything else what chefs and photographers get.

Chef – He is in charge of the daily preparation of breakfast and dinner. You should have previous experience with cooking for group of people (15-20 persons), and be able to prepare a minimum of a dozen different dishes from the menu (no need to be a professional chef).

Photographer – It is enough that you are an amateur photographer and that you have your own photo equipment. The most important part of your work will be daily photographing of guests on the beach and generally capturing the most interesting moments during the surf camp, as well as editing and preparing photos for publication.

Positions of chef and photographer are not paid, but what we offer in return for this internship should be more than interesting for you.

• unforgettable experience of living and working on Fuerteventura or in Portugal

We are searching for photographers and chefs at two locations: at our surf camp on Fuerteventura (from March to May, and from October to December) and in Portugal (May and October). People on both these positions are involved in other usual daily tasks such as cleaning of the house, help with shopping, communication with the guests, and similar which will be explained and assigned by camp manager. With just a little bit of commitment to what you’re doing, diligence and communication, as well as patience with helping our guests, we are sure that you’ll perform all of your duties without a problem.
